Public Interest Litigation is directly filed by an individual or group of people before the Supreme Court or High Court for the enforcement of public interest, wherein certain legal rights or liabilities are affected. The person filing a PIL should not have any personal interest involved in it and should come up with clean hands so as to secure justice to the common people.
The goal of this program is to ensure that talented students receive the required mentoring that will maximize their potential and launch their careers. We will provide you hands on experience and training in the form of live classes and presentations, which will help you improve your social and communication skills. These presentations cover a variety of topics including networking and relationship building, interviewing skills, professionalism, team building and goal setting. This competition is aimed at bringing the creative side of the legal fraternity to the focus, by providing them with an opportunity to review their favourite movie, while focusing on the legal aspects and perspectives that arose in the movie. We aim to spread legal information through entertainment means, by making it an enjoyable and knowledgeable exercise.
The aim of the competition is to raise awareness about the theme of the event in a visually engaging fashion. It serves as a platform for expression of ideas regarding the theme and disseminating information to a wide audience. It also encourages participants to submit their innovative posters and fosters out-of-the-box ideas and opinions.
