The main responsibility of a law officer is to monitor all the legal affairs within the organisation. They handle both internal and external legal concerns and are tasked with doing everything in their power to keep the organisation out of legal trouble. One can work as a law officer at various institutions including Banks\, Public Sector Undertakings (PSU’s)\, Army\, Navy\, Airforce\, Railway\, etc. In order to be an eligible candidate for the post of a law officer one must hold an LLB degree (five years course after 10+2 examination or three years after graduation) from a college recognized by the Bar Council of India. In addition\, candidates should hold a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in LLB Degree and should be eligible for registration with the Bar Council of India/State. \nThat’s what we are going to talk about in this webinar. Before Joining TMB\, he worked in the National Company Law Tribunal\, Chennai and Jaipur Benches. He has a rich experience and expertise in matters pertaining to Companies Act and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and other aspects of Business and Corporate Laws in India. He is Gold Medallist and Post Graduate in Corporate Law. He has published numerous articles and research papers in national and international Journals. He is also the founder of “LEXKHOJ Publications”. He has been awarded as ‘Budding Achiever’ by International Institutional Organisation. He has also been awarded by the Indian National Bar Association for his outstanding performance in the legal field during his law school.
