Therefore\, it is important to critically read the judgments and be properly acquainted with them to make sense of the current laws. However\, reading the judgments is not always easy\, considering the complex language used by the judges\, along with the length of the judgments spanning over pages\, and often repeating a single point in multiple ways. \nThis workshop shall help you in reading\, understanding\, and interpreting the judgment in the most efficient and targeted manner\, and shall help you in getting the best output in limited time and efforts. Further\, this workshop shall help you in writing judgments based on your comprehensive analysis of the facts and law involved and set your precedents in a language understandable by all. \nOur motivation to conduct this workshop lies in helping individuals understand the law in an effective manner\, and to help them against their fear of reading and writing judgements due to the practical problems involved.
