Crawford Bayley & Co. Advocates and Solicitors \nMr. Hemant Thadhani is an Advocate and a registered Patent Attorney. He heads the intellectual property practice of M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co.\, which is one of India’s oldest and well-known law firms\, with rich and well-endowed experience in several practice areas. \nSir handles a wide spectrum of commercial disputes\, predominantly patent\, trademark\, copyright\, design\, cyber law\, data protection and privacy law\, media law\, etc. before the Bombay High Court and other forums in India.
