DESCRIPTION:ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION \nVidhi Parivartan is a legal platform that seeks to hone the skill sets of all the budding lawyers\, aid the law students in all possible manner by optimum utilization of resources available at their disposal and thereby empower the legal fraternity eventually. The platform aspires to undertake a host of short\, medium and long-term activities and programmes for the legal community to enhance their professional\, academic and extra-academic progression. \nIt is committed for the cause of empowering especially the first-generation lawyers who face innumerable hardships in the profession. Moreover\, it aims to live up to its motto of ‘Nyaydaanam Shreshtam Daanam’ through every activity that it undertakes. \n  \nABOUT THE QUIZ \nDo you thrive on embracing challenges? If your answer is a resounding YES\, then you’ve come to the right place! \nVidhi Parivartan is excited to present its 4th National Legal Quiz Competition\, designed to offer you an exceptional platform to assess and expand your legal knowledge and comprehension. This quiz isn’t just about evaluating your legal expertise; it’s also a test of your time-management abilities. We guarantee that this journey will be a rich tapestry of knowledge\, insight\, and joy. \n  \nELIGIBILITY CRITERIA \n\nOpen to all.\nAll undergraduate and postgraduate students\, research scholars from a recognized school\, college or university are eligible to participate in this competition.\n\n  \nRULES AND REGULATIONS \n\nQuiz shall have 100 questions. The subject-wise division of marks is as follows:\n\n\n\n\nContract Law\n20 marks\n\n\nConstitutional Law\n20 marks\n\n\nLaw of Tort\n20 marks\n\n\nFamily Law\n20 marks\n\n\nGeneral Legal Knowledge\n20 marks\n\n\n\n\nTime will be of 80 minutes.\nEvery question shall carry 1 mark\, and there will be no negative marking.\nLink for the quiz will be shared with the participants 5 minutes prior the commencement time.\nThe results shall be final and the authority for any modification or change shall vest with Vidhi Parivartan only.\n\n  \nFORMAT OF QUIZ \n\nThe Quiz shall take place online.\nIt shall contain only Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).\nThe participant just needs a laptop/phone along with a stable internet connection.\n\n  \nTIMELINE \n\nLast Date of Registration: 22nd Sept\, 2023\nDate of Quiz: 28th Sept\, 2023\nDeclaration of Results: 1st Oct\, 2023\n\n  \nREGISTRATION FEES \nPer Participant: Rs. 100/- \nPayment shall be made to Nancy Garg via Paytm or UPI or Google pay on 8168515340. \n  \nMODE OF REGISTRATION \nParticipants are required to fill in the Google form link provided below for the purpose of registration. The screenshot of the payment for registration should be attached in the Google form in order to successfully complete the registration.
