DESCRIPTION:About Vidhi Parivartan \nVidhi Parivartan is a legal platform that seeks to hone the skill sets of all the budding lawyers\, aid the law students in all possible manner by optimum utilization of resources available at their disposal and thereby empower the legal fraternity eventually. The platform aspires to undertake host of short\, medium and long-term activities and programmes for the legal community to enhance their professional\, academic and extra-academic progression. \nIt is committed for the cause of empowering especially the first-generation lawyers who face innumerable hardships in the profession. Moreover\, it aims to live up to its motto of ‘Nyaydaanam Shreshtam Daanam’ through every activity that it undertakes. \n  \nAbout The Competition \nAs law students and future practitioners\, we bear a profound responsibility to address and bring to light the complexities that persist within the family law system and to inspire a broader understanding among society. This Research Paper Competition offers a valuable platform for those eager to contribute insights and perspectives on pressing socio-legal challenges related to family law and social justice. \nOur objective extends beyond merely raising awareness about these issues; we aim to initiate meaningful discussions within society to empower individuals with a deeper understanding of their legal rights and protections. Acknowledging a critical shortcoming in the system—the delay in implementation and the slow pace of justice delivery—the event also seeks to foster practical recommendations for improving the enforcement and efficiency of existing family laws. By exploring tangible solutions\, we hope to advance the accessibility and effectiveness of justice in family law\, contributing toward a more equitable and responsive legal system for all. \n  \nEligibility Criteria \n\nOpen to all.\nAll undergraduate and postgraduate students\, teachers\, research scholars from a recognized school\, college or university are eligible to participate in this competition.\nOnly one submission per author(s) will be accepted. Multiple or incomplete submissions will lead to disqualification.\n\n  \nTheme \nThe theme of this competition is “Family Law and Social Justice”. Participants are allowed to choose any topic of their choice in accordance with the theme. \n  \nMode of Registration \nParticipants are required to fill in the google form link provided below for the purpose of registration. The screenshot of the payment for registration should be attached in the google form in order to successfully complete the registration.
