Vidhi Parivartan is a legal platform that seeks to hone the skill sets of all the budding lawyers, aid the law students in all possible manner by optimum utilization of resources available at their disposal and thereby empower the legal fraternity eventually. The platform aspires to undertake host of short, medium and long-term activities and programmes for the legal community to enhance their professional, academic, extra academic progression.

ABOUT THE WEBINAR
POSH, which is mandated under the provisions of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is mandatory to exist for any organisation, whose strength if workforce exceeds 10 employees. However, while the law has been made on paper, how far has it been implemented and what are the emerging developments within this area of law? These are some of the questions that this webinar aims to analyse and provide answers to. Meenu Padha – Lawyer, Member Jammu University Internal Complaints Committee (PoSH Committee) Ms. Meenu Padha is a lawyer and a Member of the Jammu University Internal Complaints Committee (PoSH Committee). She is also the President of National Child and Development Council of Jammu & Kashmir. Along with these roles, she is also the Vice President of “Hartal for Harmony” organisation (http://www.hartalforharmony.org/) and is a Founder of “Masti Ki Pathshala”, which is a school for underprivileged children.
