Ms. Nancy Garg is the Founder of Vidhi Parivartan. She is a budding lawyer at Delhi. She is a restless soul who strives for perfection in whatever she undertakes. Mr. Anubhav Yadav is a Law student at Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow. He has a keen interest in psychology. Alternate Dispute Resolution is one of his key areas of interest and forte.
He believes in true constitutionalism and individualism which are the two basic needs of a democratic country. His interests include reading and writing on topics related to Human Rights and Constitutional Law.
He has also published his academic write-ups in reputed journals and has written guest posts for various organizations. Besides Law, he loves travelling, cooking, and listening to music.
Adv. Chaitanya M Bhandari is a cyber law expert and is a practicing lawyer in Aurangabad High Court and Dhule Session Court. He has completed his LLB from Dhule. He has also completed his International Cyber Law & Cyber Crime Investigation studies from Pune. After that in 2016, he became a director of Asian School of Cyber Law’s for Dhule, Nasik, Jalgaon, and Nandurbar Branch. He is a visiting guest faculty at various police training centers and police departments in Maharashtra.
He was also awarded the Youngest Author by his school Canossa Convent High School in the same year.
He is also an author of a book titled “Cyber Suraksha”. His articles have been published in various newspapers of Maharashtra and he has been quoted by leading daily newspapers like Lokmant, Sakal, Punaynagri, Deshdoot, Divya Marathi, Apla-Maharashtra to name a few.
Adv. Meenu Padha is a lawyer and a Member of the Jammu University Internal Complaints Committee (PoSH Committee).
She is also the President of National Child and Development Council of Jammu & Kashmir. Along with these roles, she is also the Vice President of “Hartal for Harmony” organisation and is a Founder of “Masti Ki Pathshala”, which is a school for underprivileged children.
Adv. Nabila Zehra has completed her B.A. LL.B. (2013-2018) from Aligarh Muslim University and LLM in IPR (2019-2020) from Mangalayatan University.
She is currently working as a Legal Associate at Patfrigate IP, which is Delhi Based Law firm dealing in the matters of Intellectual Property.
Her work experience includes interning at the District Court of Aligarh from 2013-2018. In 2018, she worked at Equity Lex Associates (Supreme Court: Chambers of Salman Khurshid, worked under the guidance of Adv. Imtiyaz Ahmad) and in 2020, she worked at the Dar-ul-Huqooq which is a Dubai based law firm, wherein she worked virtually under the guidance of Adv. Abul Wahied. Further, she has participated in and won various competitions during her law school.
Mr. Ashish Yadav is presently Head of the Department at Vikrant Institute of Law, Gwalior.
He has completed his Graduation BA LL.B in 2014 and LL.M in 2016 with criminal Law specialization from SOS Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
He has been member of many BOS Committees in the region. He has number of National/Inter-National Research Papers on his credit. His areas of interests are Criminal Law & Contract Law.
Mr. Anurag M. Katarki, is a Barrister, called to the Bar by the Hon’ble Society of Gray’s Inn.
He did his undergraduate degree in Law from The University of Warwick, United Kingdom.
Currently he works as an associate at AZB & Partners. He practices in a diverse field of litigation ranging from white collar crimes to commercial arbitration and company law disputes.
