Vidhi Parivartan is a legal platform that seeks to hone the skill sets of all the budding lawyers, aid the law students in all possible manner by optimum utilization of resources available at their disposal and thereby empower the legal fraternity eventually. The platform aspires to undertake host of short, medium and long-term activities and programmes for the legal community to enhance their professional, academic, extra-academic progression.

It’s committed for the cause of empowering especially the first-generation lawyers who face innumerable hardships in the profession. Moreover, it aims to live up to its motto of ‘Nyaydaanam Shreshtam Daanam’ through every activity that it undertakes.

Behind every successful law firm is a successful lawyer or a team of lawyers. Yet, what makes a lawyer successful? Is it the number of trials he or she has won? Or perhaps it is a certain amount of revenue generated in one year. Is establishing a professional and personal network enough to survive in this field? Is having a good communication skill important? Is being persistent and hard-working enough? We, here at Vidhi Parivartan, are going to discuss about how to tackle all these insecurities and challenges faced by the young budding lawyers and excel in the field of law. Adv. Pallavi Pratap is a qualified MBA in Finance from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia, LL. B from Lucknow University with around 10 years of experience in legal affairs. She possesses excellent argument skills with experience of addressing before the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, NCRDC and other Tribunals. She has been included in the Business World BW Legal’s 40 Under 40 Top Lawyers & Legal Influencers List.
