As law students, it is our responsibility to discuss and speak up about the complexities prevailing within the legal system and kindle the flame of consciousness amongst masses. This Article Writing Competition aims to provide a platform to everyone who desires to express their views and opinions on the themes mentioned below.
Our objective extends beyond merely raising awareness about these issues; we aim to initiate meaningful discussions within society to empower individuals with a deeper understanding of their legal rights and protections. Acknowledging a critical shortcoming in the system—the delay in implementation and the slow pace of justice delivery—the event also seeks to foster practical recommendations for improving the enforcement and efficiency of existing family laws. By exploring tangible solutions, we hope to advance the accessibility and effectiveness of justice in family law, contributing toward a more equitable and responsive legal system for all.
