ABOUT ADV. AKAANT KUMAR

Mr. Akaant Kumar Mittal is an established litigating lawyer engaged in diversified practice areas such as National Company Law Tribunals and Constitutional Law in the High Court of Punjab & Haryana. He is graduated from one of the prominent law school of India, National Law University – Delhi. He had also undertaken an empirical study titled “Community Service an Alternative Form of Punishment” published by LNJN National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science (under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India).

Recently, he has authored an extensive commentary on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code – Law and Practice” published by EBC Publications.

He has been invited to contribute to the annual publication of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

Application for Internship is invited in the office of Adv. Akaant Kumar. Internship will be offline in nature, assisting in research work on case laws and legal drafting and editing related to the subject of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

ELIGIBILITY  

  • Law students possessing research and drafting skills.
  • Prior Knowledge about Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

DURATION 

 4 weeks (15 – 20 hours a week) 

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION 

 21st February by 23:59 hours
